It’s not too late to RSVP, we just needed a basic count by the 7th, but we’ll still make room for you if you can come.

Delmy and Scott invite you to join us at The Aspen Room on February 17th. Please arrive by 9:45 AM.

Ceremony begins at 10 am.
Brunch Reception to follow at same location.
Reception to end around 1 pm.

A pre-wedding celebration will be at FlagTagAZ Sunday, February 16th starting at 5 pm until bedtime. Join us for laser tag, axe throwing, pizza and drinks. Or just come hang out with us.

Wedding Information:

Wedding & Reception Location: The Aspen Room: 2223 E 7th Ave c, Flagstaff, AZ 86004
Please arrive before 10 am or if not attending ceremony arrive after 10:30 am.

There is parking available at the Aspen Room.

Accommodations: If interested we arranged for a group rate for rooms at Embassy Suites in Flagstaff. Stay 2 nights, Sun-Tue or one night Sun-Mon for or $104 each night.

Dress: Flagstaff Dressy (Which basically means dress up if you would like to or wear jeans and a nice shirt if you don’t.)

We’ve both been on the planet for many,
many days and acquired lots of stuff,
in many different ways.
No presents are needed, but if you insist,
cards we say, would be the best gift.

It’s a party, with axe throwing, laser tag, pizza and drinks. Or just come by and chat with the bride and groom.
Wear closed-toe shoes for axe throwing or FlagTagAZ has crocs you can borrow. Waivers will need to be signed if doing axe throwing or laser tag.
